Aether ML

The current ML documentation is split into:

• ML primitives
• Topological convergence
• Benefit emergence
• Benchmark policy

The active claim is that Aether contains internal Rust ML primitives and exposes a subset through the interpreter. Claims about logarithmic behavior, model quality, framework replacement, or speedups require benchmark artifacts and baseline comparisons.
